Sweet man! Hope you remembered to fill the ATO.Made it to Tahoe! Not as much snow this year.
Lol I did. My wife is also home in Silicon Valley. The Tahoe trip is a annual reunion of some of my good friends from my fraternity at Penn State. It’s a good time. Haha.Sweet man! Hope you remembered to fill the ATO.
I have stood at the very spot many times. Went to a boat wedding anchored at Emerald Island once too. Beautiful!
Not liking the photos of the motorcycle accidents . We are planning our first two up ride to Yellowstone and Sturgis this August. I have ridden for years off and on and just picked up a low milage BMW 1100RT. So we would to make the ride without any life changing accidents!
Have a great day all!
Wow! Glad you are ok! That could have been fatal!I can relate.
This is from the motorcycle accident. The car wanted to be in my lane more than I did. He ran me off the road in a traffic circle. I shattered (exploded) my tibia. Plateau brake .
The week before this happened, we had a ride from Washington D.C. to N. Carolina, to S. Carolina. I was the only one on a sportbike.everyone else was on a cruiser.
By the time I got back to the D.C. Metro, I knew I needed a cruiser in my life.
One week later, I purchased a Suzuki Boulevard M109. Got run off the road THE SAME DAY I purchased the bike. This happened April 15th 2019.
Very cool! Our house up there is right off Donner Pass in Truckee, up the mountain a couple minutes near Donner ski area. Really cool little neighborhood that gets more snow than most of Truckee/Tahoe, what boreal gets, we get pretty much.Born in Truckee and raised in Kings Beach. Boy those images stirred some memories. Thank you, great images.
Thanks man, it’s so nice up there, I really love it too, so relaxing. The past few years have been amazing with snow, not so much this year. I am thankful that it snowed a few times while we were up there, a few inches each time, enough to feel very wintery.Nice pics, love Tahoe man...wife's grandparents live in Incline Village...hope to be there in July. They echoed what you said about a lot less snow this year. They usually send pics of walls of snow lol
Nice! I grew up in Flagstaff, so snow as a big deal. My wife's parents are up there still, have a place at the base of the San Fran peaks. We try to go up there as often as possible. But career has me in the desert haha. I live just north of your family in the panhandle of Anthem. Thanks man, it’s so nice up there, I really love it too, so relaxing. What part of Phoenix do you live in? I lived there most of my life, my entire family is still there, parents are in North Phoenix; almost to Anthem, on the 17, right off Dove Valley Rd.
At the bottom of Twin Peaks? Awesome spot. Funny story, my roommate when I lived out there knew how to time the lights. We would pull him up behind a Vespa, then he would rollerblade down that little mountain and right into The Mission. Hardcore!Nice! I grew up in Flagstaff, so snow as a big deal.
