How to raise Phosphates???

Ok I know alot of you are think huh??????????
Well I am starting a macro tank. I want to raise my phosphates without dosing phosphates because the tank is not established enough to use up large amounts yet. What are simple things I can add to raise them?

Find some one that has high PO4 water and add that to your system.

Good idea..^^^^ I would say flake food also carries a high po4 rate.. Maybe feed with it alot??? Lol
