Rainbow tort or sometimes referred to as the Miyagi tort. Very nice!

Looks more like Acropora insignis than a Acropora tortuosa

The show names Rainbow Tort and Miyagi Tort refer to specific stains, so if they were not sold as such then the show name is lost. IMO
