Do you see any potential problems with compatibility?

Is this tank plumbed into a larger system or running independantly with its own sump only?

I've got 6 fish in mine, but it's also plumbed into a 500G system.

I think the Midas Blenny and maybe the flame might grow a little too large is all.

I was worried about the same thing. it would not be plumbed into a larger system, so I'm also thinking the bioload may be too much.

That Midas and the Angel are the 2 I am concerned with. How is your skimming/fuge going? Bigger system plumbed together? More info yields more answers :P

Agreed, it would be too much on the system. I'd leave out the Midas and the Flame and go from there!

Thanks tangboy, I will have a sump with a fuge underneath, with skimmer. Although I don't have an angel on the list, the 3 bigger fish are the anthias, midas and the flame wrasse. The anthias gets to about 5 inches, but is not avery active swimmer, the midas reaches the same length, and is more of an active swimmer, but does not need tang-like swimming room. The flame wrasse may be too big and active for my cube, think I will take it off the list.

Bioload just comes across as a lot and that means more frequent WC's, glass cleaning, maintenance in general. I prefer more hands off!

Obviously I would do one line up or the other, putting the eel lionfish or clowns in with any of the first list would probably be bad mkay

you can only have 1 Anthia in a tank that size, otherwise they recommend a tank 100 gal or bigger so that they can school.

I'm not too familiar with the anthia's, but three 5" ones in the cube would be too much as well. Maybe find some smaller fish like firefish?

Agreed. a nice school of fire fish would look pretty sweet and be much easier to maintain..

I have seen some beautiful schools of firefish that look great together and they don't require much room to maneuver!

I don't know about the anthias. When i had my Ignitus Anthias in my 55g column they swam more then my wrasse and to me just didnt have the room they needed to to be happy so i traded them away.

True I may try a pair of helfrichi fire fish, although I have heard that you need to be careful with more than 1 firefish

Most anthias are very active, sunburst are pretty placid though, I just need to make sure that he has a cave to retire in when he gets tired of things.
