I'd say NO! Looks a lot like the 6ft worm that was posted on another reef forum 3-4 years ago.

use him as fishing bait lol..

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET BIT! It can cause serious numbness. i've read that some can cause permanent numbness

Really odd it was just out and about cruising around, lucky for you, though. I had one decimate a large rock of Florida rics in my old 29g. They can get huge and are a pain to remove once they settle in a rock.

Supporting my structure, had to remove a main support rock to get him out:

Bobbit worm! It will eat anything and everything. When I finally got mine out I found its lair and I counted 22 frags all piled up. What it couldn't steal it broke off. Your coral growth is going to go crazy, you will be shocked. I really believe these things are in a lot more tanks then we think.
