I’ve got a 36g that I’ll be breaking down, and one of the inhabitants is a giant feather duster. The only salt tank I’ll still be running is a 4g. The tanks been running for right at a year, I’ve not had trouble with high nutrients (the opposite actually, I can’t get them high enough) and it seems to run pretty stable. Once I get the nutrients up I’ll be doing very small daily wcs.

Im not going to try to keep it if it looks like it’s going to be detrimental to the animal, but if I were to target feed daily/every other day and the tank continues to be in stable good parameters, would this be doable? Thoughts? Anyone have experience with it?

I don't see why this wouldn't work. Smaller water volume means the food stays more concentrated but that may be negligible. I have seen reefers here care for them successfully in nanos before. Let us know how it goes.
