Ladoes pop socks

Seeking a cheap alternative to filter socks. Here in the UK for one Aquaone sock it's around £10! Just seems crazy to me.

Read elsewhere someone uses ladies pop socks - cheap and cheerful! Then simply wash them in the washing machine.

Also considering sewing a sock from the white filter wool.

Anyone else make their own?

Just get a good half dozen and launder them every week or so. Or upgrade to a fleece roller.
