I posted this in lighting to no avail, but since I'm going with zoas I thought I'd give the post a shot here. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm curious about the proper lighting choice for a 45 gallon tall tank (12" x 36" x 24" tall). I plan to keep mostly zoanthids and maybe an rbta. I'm deciding between t5 and LED, but one thing I lack is access to a PAR meter. Could someone suggest sizes of fixtures for this size tank and livestock? For the LEDs I'd appreciate brands and models so I can research better. I know t5 brands a bit better so just wattages and color combos would be appreciated.

I'm building a new tank. I've been in a serious funk since tearing mine down last month after 15 years. I'd really appreciate any advice on the lighting for this build.
