I’ve been considering two hydra 32s for my tank, but the combined cost for those and mounting equipment is $1000.

Would two ai primes be enough to cover the tank if I wanted to have a mixed reef tank?

If not are there comparable alternatives that are not so crazy expensive?

I used two ViparSpectra 165 watts on mine.

$300, still running 5 years.

Grows everything but no fancy controls

I don’t know if I want “fancy “ corals or not tbh. I’ll look at those.
