Do you keep your lights on all the time, only changing from white to blues? Or do you turn them off for few hours completly? If yes for how long

Blue from 12:00-15:00
Main daylights from 15:00 - 21:00
Blue from 21:00 - 22:00
Total darkness (not even moonlight) from 22:00 - 12:00 the next day

so in a 24 hour period I have 4 hours total of blue only, 6 hours of bright daylight, 14 hours of complete darkness

I run mine on/off on a light timer for 9 hours a day. 100% to nothing.
