You may have lucked out. They will place a pending charge on your CC, but not actually charge until they ship out. The pending charge should (hopefully) drop off.

This is sad. I only ordered from them once but I had a good experience. I loved going to their site to educate myself on specific fish. The site was laid out well and very informative.

Depending on the frozen food, you could just go to your local Petco, as sometimes they have them. Also, LFS' also sometimes has them.

I was able to pull up their site on wayback from september 24 2025, it looked fairly complete, at least on fish, saw people lamenting the loss of info, which is also what I was looking at it for last week, might want to archive that.
