Macro Tank. What lights to run?

What kinda lights should I run? I am setting up a Macro Algae tank. Thinking no corals, maybe like some dendros or suncoral but that is it. So what kinda lights should I run over it. The tank is 30x16x14. I currently have a cheap 4x18watt T5 fixture which needs new bulbs. What should I get new bulbs or a different light setup?

Do 3 aquasun and one aquaflora that's what I did for a clients tank really grows the stuff and makes the macro's colors stand out if you're doing different colored macros
