May 2011 POTM Entry Thread

The May POTM subject is Partial Tank Shots. By this I mean, photos of portions of a reef aquarium, with the goal of showing a reef scene that looks as natural as possible. Work to avoid showing any aquarium equipment or other suggestion that the image is of a captive environment. Correct the white balance and strive for an image that is in focus. The longest side of your image should be no more than 800 pixels. Entries will be accepted through May 15.

Looking forward to some terrific images.

I am going to love watching the pictures come in for this contest. I see some frag plugs in some of these first few, not sure how natural that it. :bigsmile:

Really some incredible submissions gang! I was going to enter one but I have nothing on any of these...lol. My reef is too new and all of these are well established tanks. Just beautiful pics!!!
