So I have a 90 Gallon (Regular) with Reef Brite 250W 10,000 K.
With 2 54W T5 ATI actinic retrofit.

I tried putting some lps (torch, hammers) at the bottom and was pretty shocked/sunked in after a few days.
My lps was from LED tank (Black Box) and low-medium par.

i am now running at 1 hours per day for MH
With 6 hours per day for T5

Does anyone know if the Window screen still works for aclimating corals and how many layers for how many days?

Any new method?

Thanks

I normally just increase the time per day by 30 min every 1-2 weeks going slower when corals shpw any stress.
