Molly with cancer?

I have a molly who has developed bumps that seem to me to be cancer. Pics below. What do you think I should do with her? Any chance of causing issues for other fish?

Back story: I used mollies to cycle my system and been down to 2 for a couple years. One has always been very odd, like genetic defects. Mouth is misaligned and always has some smallish bumps. Recently it has started growing bubbles out of the bumps. They don't seem to bother her. She's at least second generation but could be many generations of inbreeding in my sump. I'm pretty sure she is sterile as she looks female but never reproduce with lots of males constantly pestering her. I would have tossed her but she managed to grow up in the aquarium without being eaten and had always been really spunky. Even now she is aggressive and eating well.

This is a form of tuberculosis which affect certain freshwater fish. Generally epsom salt will help with this but its already in a salt environment. With that, not sure fish will recover with treatment which is Maracyn 2 but I can say this- For the cost of Maracyn 3, you can buy 1-2 replacement mollies and becomes a choice you have to determine

It is either a tumor or an infection - without a biopsy - it's impossible to tell whether it's an infection or cancer. It's a long-lived fish. I would let it live out its life (which will likely be months as compared to years)

The growth below the dorsal fin does look like a tumor. If it has been slowly growing for month, I’d say that is it. I can’t explain the fluid filled vesicles though.
