Need some help

I've gone though a few traumatic weeks with my tank after moving. Moved the tank a week later got ich then return pump failed a week after that. Some of my soft and LPS corals have been closed up since. Everything water parameters wise has been good. Considering..... Really wanting to give the tank a weeks to rest before I rush to anything but noticed a rust color in my filter sock tonight. Sock has only been in for a couple hours with a new carbon bag in it. Just looking for some insight on why. Could this be my problem from the start.

That is really hard to say it could be algae. What are your test results?

Nitrate 0
Sal 1.024
Cal 500
Alk 10.1
Seeing yellow spots on my return line too. Starting to wonder if it's some type of infection.

the stuff in the lines is going to happen, thats just nature of it, unless you use black lines. I'd grab that filter and rinse the thing out.
