It's a brand new unit very disappointed, besides I totally forgot to mention that this is the second trident I have, the first one I have to send it back , paid for the repair and at the second month of used it broke again, so portal , costumer support and telephone It's the same for me and believe me I've been using Apex for more that 7 years, but it's really frustrating the system they have to fix an equipment.
