New Corals!!

Just added these guys today, dipped in Seachem Reef Dip 20 minutes.

Torch, frogspawn, I believe a Graffiti war coral and a lime chili zoa (not really sure, doesn’t look like the pics Ive seen).

They’ve extended quite a bit since I’ve put them in but not fully, these are my first corals so I’m wondering how they look to you guys. I’ll post more pics when the lights are a little brighter.

Acclimating at 50% intensity, 2 AI Prime 16 HD’s, flow is 1 Maxspect Gyre 330. Multiple types of flow throughout the day but not too excessive.

off to a great start. I remember my first coral a torch.......you may never see this but if you ever take an lps out of a t5 extreme low par tank an put it in an led tank full blast....well torch's can expel there insides to cover the tops quite the memory indeed xD

If you posted the right picture, you are correct, that is not a lime chili zoa. I haven't seen a lime chili zoa in a long time. That appears to be a leptastrea, which is a lps.

By expel do you mean widen the tips or release them? Because I noticed the tips aren’t ball like on some of the tentacles. Some are wide like a small hammer coral.

no i mean the white goeey stuff inside them this is not related to anything u should eva experience. just imagine one of those confetti poppers going off an that's what the torch did with it's guts to protect itself from too rapid of a change
