Odd Couples?

What kind of "odd couples" do you have in your tank? Mine is a melanarus wrasse and a flameback angel - almost always tightly together swimming and hunting the rocks.

My hippo tang is always hanging out with my oc clowns. I would say thats a bit weird but it already happened before in Finding Nemo., lol

LOL, think you're right .... finding Nemo must be based on fact! Guess maybe the blue hippo & clown fish couples or 3-somes aren't so odd after all!!

I had a ruby head wrasse and a Midas Blenny that constantly swan around together. The Midas Blenny would follow the ruby head where ever it went.

Had a osc clown jump out of the tank a couple months ago. Lately the female clowns been hanging out with my yellow tang. Follows it everywhere.

the part I dont understand is how tangs live in stinging corals with the clowns ?
clowns can live in stinging corals because their slime coat absorbs the cells of the coral or anemone tangs cant do this. or can they?

Just bought a Klein's butterfly the other day. Within minutes of being in my tank it buddied up with my solor wrasse. It pretty much follows the wrasse everywhere constantly.
