Yeah the problem is no matter how crokked the floor or whatever, nothing beats the warped butt wood from menards. Save big money, buy a bigger headache. Now to be fair, it was outside and there may have been inclement weather for a bit. But still, why blame me when i can blame others, ami right???

You can still make slight adjustments before you skin it! This is your opportunity to give yourself the best chance of long-term success!

Ok so here we have almost the finished product. Got a few more 2x4s to put in. And then skin the back and paint this pig!!!
I'm concerned about this. What's supporting that 2x6 (2x8?) beam on the front? In @RocketEngineer's design, that should be supported by 2x4s that rest on a horizontal 2x4 that spreads the weight out over a larger area.

These are all the in-between measurements for the 2x4s. Sucks. But it is what it is...

what is supporting the weight other then nails/screws? you need uprights, all cut the exact same length to go between your top and bottom frame. this carries the weight and not the hardware on the uprights you currently have with does the alignment and squareness.

when you skin you can tweak in squarness here and there
