Need some help. Picked up some used Orphek Atlantic and can’t get the gateway to reset or anything. Any chance someone can help. Have it hard wired into router after hopefully resetting it but it’s stuck blinking red and orange. Thanks the apps are horrible and have added the gateway ID and nothing seems to work on any of the apps.

Have you tried resetting your router?
What about getting in contact with Orphek about the issue?

The atlantic app and manual is junk. You must go to orphek website for app that works. My experience 3 years ago.
Icon is much better.

Thanks for the heads up. I made the mistake of buying an atlantic without a controller and I am here just stuck.
