Looking to get a overflow box for my 40g breeder what do y’all recommend, I looked on bulk reef supply and seen the Fuji cube brand but the reviews are mixed and the other ones are sold out so not quite sure what to go with. And also what gph do you recommend

Are you going to drill it?

If so, eshopps eclipse M or synergy shadow.

I dont have experince with models from modular marine and i just plain dont like fiji cube lol.

If you want a HOB overflow, eshopps PF300.

Done both the eshopps and Fiji cube with no issues. Just make sure you got the proper equipment to drill the tank out, and make sure it’s not tempered or it’ll be a rough day.

I’ll look into it thanks, and the synergy one looks like it’s way to big for my tank
It moves some water but it works at lower GPM with no issues when tuned properly. You just need to buy spigot or bell reducers for the drains to adapt to 1".
Its a good option for a long surface skimmer too.

I had one installed on a custom made tank that is the same 36" width as yours.
