Chipped off a small piece of beach bum Monti to see what happens, I didn't frag a polyp with it, or eye...will it make it..?

There’s a good chance that the micro frag makes it. On top of that, there is evidence that the act of fragging will stimulate growth in the mother colony.

that was my motivation, but without an eye or polyp for it to feed I was second questioning

edit: just saw your last post. I have fragged my BB and the small pieces like those never make it.
