hi everyone! any ideas as to what this may be at the bottom of this frag? noticed it today and want to make sure it’s not detrimental to our tank. thank you all!!

Is it hard or soft? Does it move? Does it appear to have a head end? Let's get move eyes on this.... @KJ , #reefsquad
almost a slimy feeling. super strange it’s on one other frag ‘post’ in the tank as well, any suggestions on removal or safe way to scrub it off possibly?
 
A pic in water will give a better look of it but it looks like colonial tunicates. Something like Botryllus sp.
we are removing it to be safe & going to take it to our local FS. and once i get a solid answer i’ll post it here. thank you for the help!!!
