Reefers, I got this SPS as palmers milli, can you please look at it and let me know if you feel the same. I always thought milli had long tentacles. This one has the flower type polyps.

It's def. some kind of millie, just don't know all the names stamped on them. Lack of polyp extension could be one of many factors

its hard to say for sure if it is a palmers milli but it is a milli and a nice one at that.lack of PE alot of times is flow related, either too much or too little.ive had millis in my tank have great PE in one spot and little to none in another spot.i wouldnt worry about lack of PE since it is growing well and has nice color.lack of PE also could be from a nipping fish.do you have any angels in your tank?

No angles in the tank. There is pink lemonade right behind it and the polyp extensions on it is awesome.
How long have you had it in your tank?

I have had it for about a month. I bought it as a colony.

i agree its a milli, and a awesome one at that. its got some great colors and its getting pretty big. would make sure it doesn't take over the pink lemo. they have a little battle between each other. nice coral.

Thanks for the kind words greg. The pink lemonade can be moved , so I am watching it , can you believe it started off with a quarter inch rescue frag. I love it when things grow from small.
