I see alot of threads on inverter/ups uses, but I am hoping for a specific recommendation for my situation.
I want to be able to run a RD3 100 watt pump at about 60% and a Red Dragon 5 Eco 200 watt pump at full speed for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
Space is very limited and some negotiations will have to be done with the wife to reclaim some tank equipment space.
After having to buy a new RD 5 pump, funds are limited too.
I'm assuming all I need to do is plug the pumps into a pure sine wave UPS and plug that into my power source.
I'm hoping there can be 2 channels, and plug each pump into it on a separate circuit.

I have one of these for my desktop. It currently says I am drawing 208 watts and I have a 35 minute run time if power fails.

Amazon product ASIN B00429N19W
You may need 2?
Thanks for your reply.
The link didn't show on my computer.
2 separate ones maybe the way to go for long term application.
I shut my return pump off when doing water changes, but always leave the closed loop pump running

Does this one work? The other acted odd for me too.

I have 3 of these on different computers. They have been very dependable.

The link didn't work the way it's supposed to. But when I refreshed the page, the amazon logo appears for about 2 seconds. I had to try it multiple times, but was able to click on the logo and go to your amazon page link.
Thanks

I've been using the CyberPower PFC series for years and replaced the batteries in all of them at least once now (for only $33 each!).

What I am looking for is one that will give a 1/2 hour of 260 watts.
Does anyone know if these have different circuits to allow 1 pump continue protecting while another one is taken off line? Similar to a DJ strip?

Yes, one row has the battery backing it and the other is just protected by the breaker. Should work?

I checked my Amazon order history and I paid $130 each during Black Friday 2019. I thought I was crazy back then for buying two when I really only needed one but now I regret not buying 3 or 4.

Yep, that's a lot of things. I do remember paying 119, then 139, then 179, was surprised too.

Did you see the new prices for Neptune's Stuff???

I've been buying these for my clients - price is a lot more affordable then comparable APC units.

I'm still unsure of what I need.
I will have 2 pumps that I want to protect.
One will be running at 150 watts and the other at 48 watts.
I am hoping for a minimum of 15 minutes of run time. ( rather have more but running into budget concerns at this point)
I do not understand the math.
After doing a google search and asking ai what size ups do I need to run 200 watts for 20 minutes, it said a ups of 1000va and a 600 watt rating.
@BZOFIQ your link has one that exceeds the minimum requirements I need.
While on that page, am.azon, recommends one of their branded surge protectors/battery units that is rated at 1500va/ 900 watts, and is $108 cheaper.

I decided to use the "rufus" feature on am.azon, and found one for $189 that is 1000va/800watts lithium battery backup and surge protector, that says using 200 watts I should get 69 minutes of run time.

The amazon unit does not provide pure sinewave on the output.

Additionally, at 13% negative reviews - it's a hard pass.
