Hello,

plumbing question. My 90s were ever so off on a new plumbing project that the unions are off slightly. I can of course easily connect them but the true state of the pipe is to be off by 3/4” or so. Is there a problem with this? I can’t imagine so as pvc is flexible. Thanks

All of Those are all furniture grade fittings I would be careful leaving them under any pulling pressure, and be careful not to bump them, if you want it set up for years. I would use sch40 fittings not furniture grade.

Something like these

Does it say schedule 40? It has no markings correct? I am not sure if there's a difference in strength or just sun light, don't worry just yet lol .

Looks to be approved :), but still relieve the pressure that you pointed out, with any pvc this is a good idea. That's at your union it's probably best to have it straight on as can be, to prevent possible leaks there.

I brought this up to expand our thinking as a group

Why would you post if you don’t know what you are talking about? Furniture grade is the same size as schedule 40,

While everyone else is discussing the slight offset my eye is twitching at the white reducer fittings going into/out of the tee.

Well to get a little abrasive I do know a little bit I brought it up because it's something to think about and no it's not sch 40

No it’s not schedule 40 but same size is all:)

Knowing that it was done intentionally makes me feel slightly better about the situation.
