Radion Problem

I received my xr15w yesterday and got everything setup and got my time schedule set. About 30 mins after I unhook from my light the light just shuts off. I hook back up to the light and everything is fine except for the time has changed. I change the time back and everything happens all over again. Anyone have any input on how to fix this?

Make sure you have latest update?

I have checked firmware serval times and it is up to date. Also have done a factory reset already to.

I'd call ecotech. They'll tell you what to do or replace it

Is the time on EcosmartLive correct when you login? I had the same issue if so......as soon as I disconnected from the light, the time would be off by about 7 hours which would shut off my lights.

I've tried changing time zone also and it didn't work. Once I click on the time it changes and everything is right again

Did you got registered on ESL if so you have to make sure the connection manager is running in the back ground.
After you programmed the schedule did you saved it?
I can't read that in you previous posts ^^^

Do a live demo on your set schedule and watch if what you have programmed is exactly what you want.
Sometimes you have to delete the connection manager from your device and re-install it to have ESL working correctly.
I'm sure you got the latest upgrade released 08-20-'15.

Yeah, that is the same issue I was having. Mine ended up working the next day so I assumed it was a glitch with their website. Evidentially it is a common issue....I found several threads and "fixes" to get it working properly. None of those worked for me so I opened up a ticket with Ecotech.......it ended up working on its' own before they contacted me.

I got it fixed. I just saved my setup like 9 times in a row and it started working right. I don't know what was wrong with it. I did the exact same thing every time.
