Rainbow chalice changed colors

I’ve had this rainbow chalice for over three years. About 12-16 months ago it started to change colors.
Any ideas why, and how to turn it around?

Looks like lots of algae. Probably a water quality issue. I would start with water changes after testing for alkalinity, calcium, and phosphates.
