RedSea 90 issues

Hello all! I am currently having an issue with one of my two redsea 90 lights. At the moment the light will not "pair" to the app. No matter how long i hold the button on the back for the light will not enter pairing mode. I have tried resetting it (15 second press) and power cycling it on and off. Has anyone run into this issue before? the light is roughly 5 years old and I hope i dont need to replace it

5 years old longevity for anything not from Germany or Italy is beating the odds…

you are forgiven.. im going to patiently await redsea to contact me back tomorrow. how long do you think its safe to run only one light on my redsea 250?
