Hi any one tried photon v12 lights can you hang lights and are they dependable. I have a 36 in tank
I will need the v32 for the corals I have. I don't have a smart phone or laptop so I don't have
wireless

Its a very good brand. I tried to find one used and people just don't seem to sell them. Thats a good sign of quality. They are also a sponsor on R2R so you can speak to them directly here before you buy or after.

I have the Photon 16-V2 and I love the light. Easy to hang, very sleek looking and the fan makes almost no noise. It also has a great mix of colored LED's and with the 6 channel programming you can customize it easily to your personal preference. It is also incredibly bright! I think I could mount this to my ceiling and grow corals on the floor.

If I had to come up with a complaint about the fixture it would be the lack of ramping. You can program steps into the controller but it will not do any true ramping.

I have a 48 and a 24 I'd buy another without question running kessil s now but still have the 24 on a hex and it lights up bottom great

What are peoples peak intensity settings on the v2's. Mine are 50% RB ch-3, 25% White ch-4, 30% Cool Blues ch-5, 30% UV ch-6
