There's a program called Aquarium Lab that is pretty neat and robust. Lots of fields to record different things including cost.

If you own an Aquacontroller, Aquanotes has some pretty good logging features also. That is what I currently use to keep track of my parametes. It also has a species database and a couple of others.

I've been using aquarium log and am pretty happy with it.

I just have an Excel spreadsheet that I put numbers into, saved in the cloud. I can get to it from my iPad, iPhone, or PC.

I use aquaticlog and then copy into excel every couple of weeks. Aquatic log is easy and looks pretty at data entry, but I can manipulate the graphs in excel a lot better to show what I'm looking for
