Do the Triton tanks have sand beds? They said a 1 inch bed would be ok. Just wondering if Triton recommends no sand?

I thought it was no sand in the fuge? Either way I have a 3" sand bed with no issues. Interested to hear if they recommend no sand.
Yes no sand in the refugium. 5 years ago the Germans had less than 1” in the main tank.
I had about 3” bed for 5 years. The sulfur readings were high the last few years but didn’t effect anything I think.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
