What's your go-to board game or card game for a fun night with friends? If you're not into board games or card games, what might you enjoy instead?

I carry my set of five dice with me everywhere I go. Picked up playing dice a long time ago while in the army and I know tons of games. As a bartender they've come in handy more times than I can count, keeping patrons engaged and having fun at the pub on a slow night.

Lately I've actually been getting back into backgammon. Haven't played in ages, but I found a set at the thrift store for a buck and it's been a great time.

Catan and Trails are good board games
Hearts is my favorite card game.

Oddly enough, we play card against humanity with my adult children and my parents/in-laws. That's gets awkward, but is usually a lot of fun.
