Im sure this questions been asked a million times over but is there anyway to remove, or miminalize scratches on glass?

I haven't ever had luck with it. I just sell the tank and get a different one. Probably not what you wanted to hear.

You can look for a glass polishing kit that contains cerium oxide. Then it's just a matter of buffing out scratches. For scratches inside the glass, I don't think there's anything you can do while the tank is running.

If it's minimal and you just don't trust yourself to buff it out you could always hire a company to do it
