Well I'll make a loooong story short by saying I recieved a sunburst nem right before Christmas from Ben. It arrived ok but slowly degraded over 7-14 days. I tried everything to save it including cipro treatments in a hospital tank, to no avail I finally lost it. Meanwhile I stayed in constant contact with Ben. I sent pictures and kept him updated on treatment. Well after losing it, I feared the worst. As you all know this isnt a $75 rainbow nem. Ben said to hold off until after the first of the year, I got you!! Well low and behold today i recieved a NEW sunburst and its extremely healthy. Ben NEVER asked for additional shipping or partial payment. Im definitely a lifetime customer of @BSA Corals. Thanks for everything Ben!! (And the freebie Fruity Pebbles)

That's so awesome. Ben is a stand up guy. He helped me put a package together and is holding on to it till my lights come in next week.
