Skeleton Flesh Slowly Receding

I have 3 LPS corals currently, and all of them are slowly losing flesh along their sides, but seem to show no ill effects. I JUST received this NY Knicks torch. It acclimated almost immediately and looks awesome, but you can clearly see where the flash has gone up in ONE day. I also have this beautiful wall hammer, and it opens up really well. I've had it for over a month, but I know for a fact that the flesh did not look like that on the sides when I got it. I don't think the corals have an issue with it, or that there's anything really wrong, but it bothers me because that's not what they looked like when I bought them. Tank is 3 months old but started with live rock and sand, never any swings. Mind you, my wall hammer lost its tissue, and never closed up during the day in the time of me keeping it.

Is this something I should be worried about?

pretty low, just the pump from the overflow as my carpet anemone has chosen my wavemaker to be the place he lives, meaning if I turn it on he will get sucked in.
