While aquaSD has a lot of good deals, not everything is wysiwyg. Also their pictures are super over saturated. I have found I needed to take a picture and turn down saturation to about 65 percent. You can also ask if they can send you a picture without saturation. They do seem to have good customer service from what I have seen in the past. I would have no issue ordering again from them I just now am aware of the image saturations. So you minimaxi may not have lost any color.

FYI, the minimaxi can get very big depending and don't host well. Super aggressive and sticky. Had one decades ago ate a ton of inverts that got close and a couple fish. But it is really cool anemone.

Yes they do certainly have good deals. Typically I see browning out with Maxi-mini when shipped, in fact I expect it. I am confident they will improve in coloration. Customer service was excellent. My only concern was I expected a different shipping company.

Initially I had planned to move over my Neon Goby but that plan got scrapped. At this point in time I have no plans to add a fish, but I may in the future. If I do it won't be a bottom zone fish.

The only inverts I am adding are snails and a Banded Coral Shrmp, he needs to get bigger first though.

In the past I have had issues with Peppermint Shrimp and Sexy Shrimp eating my Maxi-mimi anemone.

I added the Xenia and Sacrophyton that I had in holding. Both are isolated on their own little island, for easy removal.

This Zoanthid I got from Petco back in December for 18.00 bucks. It was browned out and had Zoanthid Spiders. It's a beauty now. I haven't figured out why the Zoanthids have such long skirts in this tank, but I like it.

Added the Mightyjet Mini, wow it puts out a lot of flow. I have it dialed down to 180 gph. Silent return pump, controllable.

Changing 2 gallons weekly. I don't test for anything but SG and Nitrates. There's really no consumption yet. Nitrates dropped off completely, going to have to dose.

All corals doing really well. I am going to order a couple more Zoanthids, Forest Fire red Digitata, and a Lepto.

Fat Neon Goby from my other tank.

Right! I have it running at 200 gph now. It will be perfect for my Forest Fire Digitata. The Zoanthids and Maxi-mini don't seem to mind.

That Favia in your Avatar is very inspiring. I have been looking for one just like it to add. :)
Thank you very much, that Favia of the Gods has been with me for more than 1 year now, it's not doing very well now but it's one of my favorite corals.

Exactly.

I am getting a yellow Lepto, Scambled Eggs Zoanthids, and looking for yellow Favia or Micromussa.
I tried a yellow Yuma but it was DOA. Yuma just don't ship well IME.

Stichodactyla tapetum aka Maxi-mini Anemones, the colors and textures are awesome. Hopefully red ones start showing up on the market again.

The absolutely awesome thing about Picos is cleaning. Tools of the trade, it takes me 5 minutes to clean.

Once again N/P are 0. Sure to be expected with no fish or inverts, but i do add Roids and Ammonium. Changing it up, started extremely small doses of Nitrate and Microbactor7. No water change this week.

Zoanthids are growing like crazy. Toadstool as well. With no nutrients the Xenia is struggling, it will go back to the nano I guess.
