So came in from spending all day out side with my kids and found this on the side of my tank all my research tells me it could possibly be snail eggs. How do I take care of them and what do I do to make sure they make it. Any help would be very much welcomed and appreciated.

As long as your parameters are kept within reason then there's a chance you might see some babies. In most cases though the eggs/offspring will either be eaten by something else or removed from the system through water changes, mechanical filtration or skimming. GL.
