Strange slug/worm thing

I saw 2 of these after lights out. I haven't added anything in a few weeks. White head and white stripe down it's back with grayish sides. About 1/16 inch long. Sorry for poor quality pic, it's the best I could get.

Ok. Can't find anything in links. I caught one though. Maybe this is a better pic.

^^^^^^^^^^^ If you notice any problems I would start researching dosing praziquantel - however sombody @ an LFS told me that some flatworms can poison tanks if they die??? Is this true?
 
I have heard that they poison too, I have flatworm exit in my arsenal because I have plain brown flatworms in my tank. But I'm waiting to see if they will regulate their population on their own. Kinda like the algae, cyano, hydroids and all the other phases tanks go through. I keep hearing nothing good happens fast, so I'm trying very hard to be patient.
 
Flatworm Exit is a good product for getting rid of flatworms. Be sure to use a fine filter sock to catch them as they die and vacuum out as many as possible before you dose the product.
