They look so cute lol, I've seen people saying that these are called epitoke, I don't really know anything about them so... Are they safe?

Yes, they are just the genitals of Polychaete worms (bristle worms, tube worms, fan worms etc) that have detached and swam off, in order to release gametes and make more little worms. :)
