I zipped tied mine aven with the connectors supplied to make sure no issues.

@Kodo is correct, you should be able to use Diagnose, or Expert mode on the device if using the GHL Desktop app and see the PH drop, is yours doing this?

If remove the pump tube that feeds the KH Director used for the KH regent, usually pump 2, and you manually feed does it look like it feeding ok? No Air ?

@Gonzo74 - That means the KH solution not hitting the testing chamber and should be dropping more then that.

How long have you had the unit?

@Gonzo74 - Stand Alone, or connected to a P4? Have you updated to the latest GHL Connect app? The one that just released today for IOS, and Android?

I have been using this unit for around 2 to 2.5 months.

It is a stand-alone but working through profilux 4.

I have not downloaded any apps. I am doing this while connected to my laptop.

With the last version of Gcc 1.2.8 you should have the diag tool also.

I am doing a firmware update now.

On the positive side, everything in my tank is happy. It’s what is out of my tank that is not happy! Lol!

I vented every tube. I can physically see the reagent going into the Director. Everything is flowing as it is supposed to be flowing and it still says titration is taking too long.

Now that you have updated choose Expert Mode:

And tell us what is the PH readings are when the KH runs. You should see it drop.

What’s odd is that your pH reading is moving up instead of down. Even with a poorly calibrated pH probe we should see it moving down as reagent is pumped into the measurement chamber. Sorry if you have already confirmed this, but is the circulation/mixing pump working? I can hear mine and see the line pulsing while the mixing pump is running.

When I click on the (Enable Diagnosis) it won’t allow me to start new measurement.

Am I also supposed to select (Internal pump active) and (internal lunch valve active)?
