Vrd is beautiful!

I'm sure he's glad someone thinks that LOL, i've been telling it he's a bad coral and to color up already.

@UWC -- Vibrant showed up. The tamper proof seal that keeps it sealed and fresh was broken though, is that a problem for the bacteria or not really?

That's wellso is ;Woot

Frag tank is looking healthy and full of growth man, well done!

I am on my 3rd week of half-dosing vibrant as well. The bubble algae is all but gone, and the patches I was dealing with on the sand have thinned out dramatically. Pretty happy so far.
@Raege also had good results with the bubble algae using vibrant too I believe.

Keep us updated!

Are you doing weekly half doses? I see a lot if people recommend weekly doses instead if biweekly dosing

Is that Brittle Star green if you look at it in normal lighting? If yes, it's a good chance that is the brittle star that's a fish eater. They are the only type I know that get large like that.........they're ambush predators at night & any small fish are at risk

Just wanted to forewarn you.

My friend knows, but so far he hasn't killed anything. Sick fish have been caught though. He's been in there almost a decade and not really lost any fish that weren't brand new or sick. So hard to say!

Color wise he's kind of purple

Update: 1 week of vibrant complete. I've used about two full doses, split into four 1/2 doses. Bubble algae is getting a light white sheen, some has burst/dislodged, but still awhile to go.

Here's the new Acan pickup. It looks very yellow under whiter light, orange under blue light. Here are pics of it in lighter and darker tones to show it's color. Looks better in person still!

Ok, that's cool..........I just don't want to see your Geometric Pygmy show up missing one day...............he's a prime candidate.

That's not my star or my tank so my pygmy hawk should be fine [emoji16]

That's my friends tank. I have no stars other than micro stars
