I’ve been watching some videos and reading up on techniques. As of now, planning on ordering Weld-On 4 with an applicator and will use hemming pins along each edge as I bond.

On the fence about ordering this, any chance you are doing another version of this? I'm really interested in a peninsula version say a 12x18x9 or something like that?
I don't want to miss out on this project but at the same time I don't want to take one away from someone else if I end up going with a different model and this ends up just sitting in my closet.

I bought mine also. Have some experience with the weld on 4, I bought one of @Tenecor Aquariums 75g AIO drop in when they came out, I've been loving that. It's working so wonderfully on my tank.
Also ordered Weldon 16 for the seams if I need it after the weldon4.
