Par readings are scary low. With returns off the highest im getting is 200 dead center top rock. Could possibly lower the lights but then it would be really tough to get in the tank for stuff. Going to up the leds to find out what the sweet spot is tomorrow and then just gradually increase them to that level over the next few weeks.
Spare room has a 4.5 strip left to fit then the flooring is done. Going to pick up new quarter round this weekend and start installing and putting rooms back together.
Fw tank move may be delayed until after I get back from MD.

Finally got the new t5 bulbs 2 of the 4 were damaged and didn't work. Going to get refunded and order replacements. Also getting my own par meter been looking at threads on here and going with either the Danoplus or Vabira.
Where did the summer go?

This is the one I have, but for a little more money you can get the one with the hand held meter attached.

How does that differ from the 510?

The 510 is the same sensor I believe, but has the handheld meter attached to it, the 520 is USB and you have to download the software for it off of apogee’s website, and the 520 is about $100 cheaper.
