Everything you see in those two minutes were shot with my Canon 5d mk ii with the MP-E 65 mm macro lens. I do a few shots later in the film (composite zoom shots going from a single polyp to the whole colony) where I used the Canon 100 mm to shoot the 1:1, 1:2 scale shots.

That's was so cool. The montipora polyps with the music was awesome.

The full version is currently being evaluated for a few different film festivals. I don't want to post it up until I hear back from them (some of them have rules for entries like - you can't have shown the whole film elsewhere).

That was officially the coolest thing ive seen ever...

Can you please share some equipment specs with us?

Ive been dieing to do some time lapse photography myself...now i have the motivation.
