Yes, actually. They opened today. So bright! Well 3/4 opened. I think I need to move them as the bottom polyp is getting shadowed by the two largest polyps. I'll leave them alone for a few days and see if that 4th will come out of hiding.

Y'all... you know that moment where everything comes together and your tank stabilizes and is everything just gravy. I found it. I'll never set up another coral tank without a dosing pump. I've found the perfect dose, 1ml Part A at 1000 and 1ml Part B at 0000 0800 and 1600. Ca has stayed between 430 and 450ppm, Alk between 8.2 and 8.7. Corals are looking great except for that rose stylophora... no clue what's up with it. The digi keeps popping out more polyps and getting more red orange color. All four zoas are out now. Birds nest still growing like kudzu. Duncans are all flowy, even the little one that's been tucked up.

Ok... last post got a little picture heavy and hard to tell what was what on a cell phone. Here's the bad stuff, for candidacy purposes.

Rose stylo. Looks like crap, dont expect it to come back.

Tierra del fuego has a little dead spot on it. I don't remember seeing it before but @saltyfilmfolks and a few others on my post about it reassured me it was nothing to be worried about and should heal up... I hope, lol.

Also, my ASL purple nurple no longer has any purple. It's doing great, it's just green. Dark green. Maybe it likes a little higher light, its directly under the light and I'm at 60% for 4 hours with a 4 hour ramp up and down...

What is the white spot in the middle of the dead patch on the acro?
The edges of the dead spot look recovering type healthy to me.

That is the low light side, I would rotate it a bit, slowly. ;)

They way it's shaped, it'll always be the low light side unless I mount it sideways. Both of the branches curve outwards. I'm also single point light source on this tank... It almost looks like there was another branch up against it that it grew into, and then was pulled apart. It's a perfect oval shape...

What I mean't was give the damaged bit a bit more light, IME it will heal better.

Personally , I find just leaving the frags and seeing what they do to be pretty amazing.

Please excuse the stressed coral.
This was a single stick I mounted horizontally.

I've finally got my tank stable and that acro had polyps out right after I dipped it and glued it down. I can see the light edge where y'all said it's growing back. Like I said it looks almost perfectly oval, like two tree branches grew together then were ripped apart.

Found a new critter today... well, critters. Theres a few of them on the glass. Real live rock is so fun. No clue what it is, doubt it's harmful tho. I'm zoomed in at 8x on my phone, really grainy at that magnification, but it's SMALL...
