Well I did it, I finally bought the tank I've wanted for the better part of a year. It gets delivered today, so I don't have any pictures for you but I can tell you what it is. The tank is a SCA 90 gallon "cube," 36"x24"x24". It's made from 1/2" Starfire glass, and I got the 36" tall wood cabinet with it stained in "American Gray." You may be able to tell from the title, but the focus with this tank will be fairy wrasse, and other wrasse. We're hoping to be SPS dominant also.

Alright guys, had to call in late to work to wait on the delivery driver... who was two and a half hours late. Got to work an hour after official starting time, but about two hours after my normal time getting here.

Anyway, I've checked my equipment and the plant is running fine... so here are some pics of the tank and the stand.

Arm pits are going to get wet with this tank :)

I'm 5'8" first thing in the morning when I wake up, or afternoon depends on my schedule... The top rim of the tank is going to sit at 60"... that is only 8" shorter than I am. Arm pits and shoulders are going to get wet with this tank. Might need a snorkel.

That’ll be fun. Congrats n new tank. How much of the deep blue is transferring over. When are snacks are being served.
As far as inside the tank, everything but the sand... I'm either using the dry aragonite, or the straight from the real ocean floor sand @Fudsey showed us. I'm almost sure I've changed my mind and going with the ocean sand. It's got real ocean bacteria... That stuff can't be replaced.

Following! I just came across that ocean direct sand yesterday. I’m curious about it too! Seems like a great chance to get that bio filter cranked.

Alright guys, a co-worker that lives close by offered to help move the tank inside. Its heavier than I thought, but easily manageable for a 32.5 and a 40 year old, lol.

We set it in front of the fireplace, my 35g cube is still where this tank will go and I doubt I'll need the fireplace in 90° SC heat.

So, 60" is about 2" over my shoulder. Yay we need a step ladder to do anything in the tank!
