Turtle's Fairy Tale

New toys came in. Flipper and aquatop media reactor. I was too excited to get the reactor put together and fill it with carbon that I forgot to take pictures... I did get these tho. The regular flipper cleaner works wonderfully. Magnets are strong and the blade clears the film right off. The nano just couldn't hang onto the 1/2" glass and it skated right across film algae.

I'll get pictures of the reactor later, but initial impression is very good. Nice construction and assembly. Does not look like a $30 media reactor, especially one that includes a pump.

Try being a 5'6" girl. We are happy to JUST get an arm in when we drop stuff in the tank.

Just saw this. I'm 5'8" first thing in the morning if I stand up really straight. My tank rim is level with my moustache...

Anybody else have a bottle of Coral glue dispell an air bubble and coat your hand in glue?
No, but I'm perfectly capable of gluing my own fingers together. I don't need the bottle helping me.

This is the glue I'm using right now. It's a large tube, holds strong, no air bubbles to explode glue everywhere, no film like gorilla glue, and it's cheap!

Loctite 60 Second Universal Glue

I also have moved over to a tube rather than a bottle, way less mess but I sill always glue myself to something, generally frag plugs! ;)

Ok gentleman, I'm going to delve into the unknown. I may need some help. I just ordered a Steve's LED for my son's tank. He has been looking at your tanks. I'm blaming ALL of you!
