Upgrade recommendations

Hello y'all,

I'm seduced by all promotions on this cybermonday and I'm thinking about upgrading my lights.

Currently I have a 36w reef builders

I'm looking for suggestions of Upgrades in a $250 budget.

My system is basically a mixed Reef with macroalgaes, rock algaes, zoas, leather toadstool, green Star polyps and a recently added SPS. No fish.

Let me know your suggestions!

I dont think you can get much better than an AI Prime for under 250

Actually.. so far it's working pretty well. GSP and zoas are growing well.
I'm a bit curious if this sps will thrive in current conditions. But maybe I can await and see.

The best location for SPS with your setup is probably the highest you can place them. I would probably try your hand with LPS first and see how that goes.

That light (I have one too) only puts out about 180 par at 4" not enough for SPS

Distance from all corals to the lights is around 16", thanks for the advice
